Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

You are purchasing one-of-a-kind ART. We want you to LOVE IT!

We will cheerfully accept the return of undamaged Beasties in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. We’d appreciate it if you’d contact us prior to initiating a return your Beasties! Please be aware that we are hoping to film a second season of “Building Outside the Lines” next spring or summer (2024); therefore, we will likely extend turn-around times for the circumstance of being out of state!

You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipping label being printed for a full refund. (If you are patiently waiting for an out-of-stock order to be created, you will receive an email that states whether your shipping label has been printed.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your Wee One has an accident in transit, we will help you claim a refund from the carrier. You will likely need a receipt/proof of purchase that shows the value of the items purchased, the shipping costs, and photos/videos with dates of the broken items and its packaging. Wee Beasties LLC will not reimburse you for items that get broken during transit, but we will certainly work with you to purchase a re-creation of what was lost. Taxes and shipping charges apply.

Refunds

It is an excellent idea to reach out to us prior to returning merchandise.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As art, we cannot resell damaged or used pieces.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days, for the amount of the purchase price, excluding shipping.

Late or missing refunds

Depending on your method of payment, contact the associated fiduciary body first.

For example, if you paid using a credit card, check with your credit card company before contacting us, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Transaction should post from “www.weebeastiespottery.”

OR contact your bank if you used that form of payment. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

OR contact the online payment service, such as PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay if you utilized one of those options.

Gifts

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product in its original packaging paying special attention to securing any protective wrapping such as bubble wrap to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for shipping varies. We utilize several carriers to offer you the best rates in our area.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
